How to ask

Email 1barmoshe1@gmail.com with the subject line Data deletion request, and include the phone number you used on WhatsApp and, if you know it, the name of the business you were writing to. The phone number is what identifies the records, so a request without one cannot be matched to anything.

What gets deleted

Everything held on my side that is tied to your number: the stored conversation, your contact record, and any operational rows created from that conversation, unless a business is legally required to keep a specific record, such as an invoice. Where that applies I will tell you which record is kept and why.

What I cannot delete for you

Two things sit outside my reach. The copy of the conversation held by Meta on the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is governed by Meta's own terms and retention rules. And the copy in the business's own WhatsApp app or records, which belongs to that business. I will point you to the right contact there so the request reaches them too.

How long it takes

I confirm receipt within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If identity needs checking first, I will say so in the confirmation rather than after the deadline.
